Here are the general terms of trade.
Prices, Shipping Costs
All prices are inclusive sales taxe.
With shipping method "Download" and "self-service" the fixed costs are 0 €.
For all other types of shipping, the fixed costs depend on the number and type of data carriers required.
Each necessary CD costs 2.00 €, each DVD 4.00 €, each USB-Stick 4 GB 4,00 €, 16 GB 6,00 €, 32 GB 8,00 €, 64 GB 10,00 € (contained are arranging of the data and burning the CD/DVD).

Free shipment for netto-orders >= 200.00 Euro.
Payment
The payment usually takes place as pre-payment. During cash on delivery payment the post office raises an additional package payment with distribution from 6,00 €, this amount is contained in the forwarding expenses lump sum.
During non-acceptance of cash-on-delivery items us thereby developed freight and expenditure costs are immediately due; the customer is notified in writing for the payment of these costs under period setting.
Further contractual claims for damages we reserve ourselves opposite the customer. During non-payment we reserve ourselves, these costs over a collection enterprise assigned by us float permit.
The costs of the recovery, in particular the Collection costs and displays are to be carried out by the customer.
During pre-payment the additional package payment is void.
Shipment
The supply takes place during pre-payment after receipt of payment.
The shipment happens per post as a rule within 1 week. In exceptions we inform the customer as soon as possible.
The Buy-contract come about on delivery of ordered product first.
Cancellation
You are authorized to cancel the order within two weeks by retour the delivery. In case of cancellation pdf-Noten Wilk will be pay back possible payments.
Sealed data carrier like CD or DVD as well as software we take back with undamaged seal only. The costs of retour carries the costumer.
Law of use
On each delivery we register your license of the ordered pdf-sheet music. It is allowed to make copies for own puroses only. Make copies to spread the pdf-notes not for own purposes is illegal. The spreading of copies is punishable and will be prosecute.
Notice on handling with peronal dates
pdf-noten Wilk works with the customer-dates exclusively for the execution of costumer-questions and -order. We assure that all personal-dates will be used only for that purpose.
Severability Clause
If a determination of the conditions should be ineffective or become, then the effectiveness of the remaining regulations remains of it untouched.
